Werdegang / Ausbildung: 
Daniela Arriado (CL/NO), based in Berlin and Stavanger is an independent new media art curator/producer. She is educated within Aesthetics and Art History, dedicated to the practice of moving image and public space. Her research focuses on art and city development and the relationship between interaction, new media and public space. Between 2009-2011 she developed the Public Art Screens in collaboration with i/o/lab centre for future Arts. In 2011 she initiated the Screen Passage project in Stavanger, focusing on temporary use of empty spaces for presenting artistic projects. She is an ambassador for PNEK – production network for electronic arts in Norway, and Director of Screen City. www.arriado.com Mirjam Struppek (DE) is based in Turin and Berlin. With a background in Urban- and Environmental Planning she works as urbanist/curator on the sustainable liveability of urban space and its transition through new media, focussing on interactive and participatory processes. 2004 she founded Urban Media Research and set-up the monthly Urban Media Salon. Mirjam has been instrumental in building the Urban Screens community around the world-travelling Urban Screens Festivals and an International Association. Since 2007 she is as well part of Public Art Lab and initiated the Media Facades Festival 2008 and 2010. She worked as curator for the Farbfest Bauhaus Dessau 2012 and held presentations and workshops in more than 40 cities in 18 countries. www.interactionfield.de
Wichtige Projekte / Ausstellungen: 
Screen City Festival The Screen City festival is dedicated to the moving image presented in public spaces, on the city’s facades, shop windows and urban venues enlightening and changing the vision of the urban context of Stavanger. The program explores the reshaping of public space through Media Art, presenting a program of video art, animation, creative data visualizations, projection mapping and participatory urban media interventions. It took place for the first time during from October 25th – 27th 2013 in Stavanger. More info about the program and the festival context: www.screencity.no
